The Villa is elegantly furnished with a combination of modern design as well as antique furniture of the last and preceding centuries. The Villa can only be reached over the water either by speedboat or by regular ferry service.

Koločep, called Calamotta by the locals, has 250 sunny days a year, a mild climate, an indented coastline with clear waters, and sandy and stone beaches. The island offers privacy and peacefulness, and is easily reached by regular ferry service from Dubrovnik.

Koločep is car free but many paths and walkways crisscross the island. The ferry lands in the settlement Donje Celo four times a day. The settlement has a post office, cafés, a traditional Dalmatian wine cellar with local food and sea specialties, a restaurant, a pizzeria and a shop.

In the summer season, you can visit the traditional water polo games of the Elafiti team, and the fishermen evenings are held on Fridays. Archaeological remnants have been found on the island. A pre-Romanesque church dates back to the 9th and 11th century. In the times of the Republic of Dubrovnik, the island was an important shipbuilding site.
